Carena has extensive experience with conditions including weight loss, stress management, relationships, boundaries, self- confidence, nutritional concerns, and disease management and prevention. She is a Certified Resiliency Trainer through NewYork-Presbyterian & The Grit Institute.
As a life-long learner Carena is continually updating her experience and clinical focus. She received the Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She completed a course of study in Lifestyle Medicine through Lifestyle Prescriptions University.
